See a need

Thank you for your interest in My Job Search Pilot, the invention of Linda Projansky & Kathy Carpenter, both 20-year veterans in human resources and corporate recruitment. Having been around the block a few times, we know that applying for a job today is dramatically different than just five-years ago. We’re sure you’ve noticed the application process has become impersonal, resource intensive and simply put, very tough to navigate and manage. What job seekers experience is what we in the biz refer to as “the black hole syndrome.” And, now, with unemployment nearing double digits, there’s been a deluge of advice offered by the media and so-called experts encouraging job seekers to attend job fairs, write keyword driven resumes and cover letters, blast resumes and on and on.

We think most of what you hear is narrow and misleading advice. That is what motivated us to start this company. We are committed to exposing what’s behind the curtain, and promise to provide job seekers with the tools and guidance needed to optimize their efforts. We culled all the knowledge we have about how companies recruit today and reverse engineered the process to benefit the job seeker!

Coaching

Our Coaches are veteran recruiters with ten to twenty years of corporate and executive search background. They stand ready and are anxious to provide knowledgeable assistance from the viewpoint of a recruiter. Knowing the employment process from the inside – out, they will guide you from the outside – in.
